Our lighting sevices can range in price based on the compleexity of the job and the value of the lights that you choose. On average it can range from $250 to $600 based on a variety of factors.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. You must submit the signature shown below before any of our services.

2. Safety of our Services

During install, maintenance, and removal our team will have out tools and supplies that must be avoided for the safety of our customers. These supplies include but not limited to: ladders, sharp tools, heated tools, wires and other possible trip hazards. Apart of having our service and being a customer of ours you agree to stay clear of our working area. We are not responsible for any injury occurs related to our equipment if we are on-site working on your lighting. Our company takes the safety of our customers seriously.

3. Supplies and Maintenance

Our company offers a full inclusive Christmas lighting and decoration service. We do not sell any supplies. We offer a worry-free, contract-free, full inclusive service and retain ownership and responsibility of all supplies by maintaining and replacing them.

4. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide the best possible experience, please note that our services are subject to certain limitations: weather conditions, availability of specific products, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the installation and maintenance of the holiday lights. We will make every effort to communicate and address any issues that may arise.

5. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our services will be communicated to you during the consultation process. If you have any questions on exact service, you must ask before our team comes out. Payment is due immediately after service with an absolute deadline of 72 hours. Additional charges may apply for customized requests, or any changes made to design after the agreement is finalized.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel services, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled installation date. There are no refunds on our installations.

7. Limitations and Liability

While we take great care in our work, Top Notch Pressure Washing LLC will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Changes to the Terms

Top Notch Pressure Washing LLC reserves the rights to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms on our website.
